Climate warming at unprecedented pace

Bernese studies show: Global temperatures have not experienced the kind of rapid, widespread increase we are seeing today in at least 2,000 years. These findings, made by an international research group headed up by a scientist from the University of Bern, hit global headlines in July and made an important contribution to the current climate debate.
